I've just updated incorrect link of the repo.

fix: use block for `li`

Fix double ouput of 'comments powered by Disqus.'

If JavaScript is disabled in a web-browser, the message 'comments powered
by Disqus' is doubled.

This issue occurs because the output of the text is additionally appears in
the <noscript> area for JavaScript.

The text in the <noscript> area is deleted so that the Information
appears correct when JavaScript is disabled.

Disable disqus templates if DisqusShortname is not set

If the Disqus shortname isn't set then the user obviously doesn't want to use
disqus, so skip the template entirely.

Add multilingual month support

Now the title for lists and terms is the same
as the name chosen for the menu entry.

At the time of this writing, Go does not yet have support for
internationalized locales for dates, if you create a month.yaml in your data/
folder with a content like shown below. It will work.
