admin.py	Admin cog debugged. Mostly to do with the changes to guild_settings.	6 lat temu

fun.py	The start of some refactoring. I fucked up by starting the new setitng system too so i guess that will completed on this branch then merged with dev.	6 lat temu
gss.py	Added some error catching in the GSS cog just in case the tatsumaki api dies like it did that one time. Also made sure that the new system can't be gamed to give any role if you invoked the hidden command yourself.	6 lat temu
